Bear Lake Guides and Outfitters is located approximately 120 miles north east of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. The hunting area encompasses approx. 1700 square miles.

We offer you the beauty of British Columbia, from gentle rolling hills up to the majestic Rocky Mountains. You will find an abundance of terrain that takes in three main water sheds and many lakes.
The elevation in this rugged and breathtaking area varies from 2200 ft to over 7500 ft above sea level.

Main Camp: Our Main Camp has four bunkhouses with wood stoves. Two cabins accomodate four and the other ones up to six hunters. In addition there is a shower house with running warm and cold water, outhouses, and a comfortable cookhouse with eating and lounging area. Access to camp is by truck.

Spring hunts are all out of the Main Camp, hosting up to nine hunters.

During the fall hunts we will have approx. four to five hunters staying in Main Camp. Hunting will be done on foot, by truck, canoe and boat.

North Camp: This rugged camp consists of a frame construction with wood stove, an outhouse, and has no running water. Accomodates two hunters and the guides. This camp will be used only during fall hunt. Access by ATV and hunting on foot.

Mobile Camp: Trailer Camper and tent frames for hunting remote areas. Hunting on foot, by ATV and boat.
